H：22cm W：8.5cm 此尊佛像一彌勒二菩薩像，主尊佛高肉髻,面清臒，內著僧祗支,外著雙領下垂式袈裟,衣紋簡練。雙手作施無畏與願印,赤足立於覆蓮座上,下為四足方座，身後有兩道同心圓頭光和兩道下端內收的橢圓形身光,頭光內淺浮雕蓮瓣紋。左脅侍菩薩束發,面清臒，裸上身,披長巾,長巾自雙肩平行下垂至膝再上繞雙臂垂於身體兩側，下著長裙,雙手合十。右脅侍菩薩與之相同，二菩薩分別赤足立於從主尊所立覆蓮座兩側生出的蓮臺上，三像後共鑄蓮瓣狀大光背,沿光背邊緣陰刻一線,內飾火焰紋。背光後刻銘文:“普泰二年.....”。
