高：2.8㎝ 口经：100㎝ 底径：6.9㎝
这件文物内，口沿下书有青花梵文一周，上加双圈，下加单圈；底心绘有青花五彩莲塘鸳鸯，外加双圈。外壁的主纹也画有莲塘鸳鸯，鸳鸯或成双游弋，或成单展飞，荷叶大张，水草挺立，多姿的荷花点缀其间，或蓬勃盛开，或含苞待放，几条小鱼在水中穿梭，生机盎然。这件文物的制作工艺先进，先以青花勾勒纹样的半体，高温烧成后，再以红绿、黄、紫等色凑成全体，复以低温烧成，使得画面生动活泼，充满祥和气氛。底书“大明成化年制”六字青花楷款，现藏于台北故宫博物院1。
