为隆重纪念中华人民共和国的缔造者、一代伟人毛主席的卓越丰功伟绩，由中国收藏品鉴协会全权监制、中国玉石雕刻大师刘晓生担纲总设计师倾力打造《***至尊五福印》，一套共五尊宝玺。宝玺以中国传统祥瑞造型“四龙戏珠”为原型，玺基正面刻有毛主席头像和“***至尊五福印”，玺基背面分别刻有清康熙、雍正、乾隆、嘉庆、道光五位皇帝的手书“福”字，两侧刻有象征福山寿海的江崖海水纹。宝玺印文为繁体白文“毛澤東”三字横刻。其选用的材料蕴藏在昆仑山脉中，硬度较高，色泽浓重，呈刚劲之气，常用作玉玺，被称为帝王之玉。
