此印章取寿山石雕琢而成,大体作方形,包浆油润,色泽黄郁,石质细腻。以云龙纹为雕刻主题,雕刻刀法流畅,威龙穿云而出，气势磅礴,且富有立体感。印纽可见山峰耸起,水波翻涌,浮云密集,若条威龙盘旋于云中。其姿态相仿,首尾互见,龙身三弯九曲,气势如腾云驾雾,形态则若翔似舞,匠人运刀神妙,尽彰龙之威武姿态,令观者赞叹不已。印面落有,“如山如阜,如冈如陵,如川之方至,如月之恒,如日之升,如南山之寿,如松柏之茂”。
