此水洗敛口，鼓腹，浅圈足，以歙石为材，色泽漆黑沉穆，石质细密，包浆纯厚，古雅端庄。歙石，中国古代四大著名砚石之一，源于今安徽南部的古歙州，故名。主要分布于安徽、浙江、江西三省交界处的歙县、休宁黟县、祁门、婺源等县境内。具有千姿百态的天然花纹，且多有美纹象征。此品呈规整的圆形，边缘打磨平整圆润刻连续的如意云纹，线条婉转多变，细腻流畅。器壁宽厚，内里掏膛匀净。设计周密细致，比例协调，大气风范溢于言表。
