瓶直口，削肩，圆腹，腹以下渐敛，圈足。器身呈橄榄状，颈部对称置贯耳，足边有两长方形孔可供穿带用。通体以珊瑚红釉为地，上绘数枝粉彩牡丹，三朵盛开的黄、白、粉三色牡丹在绿叶的衬托下娇艳无比。圈足内施白釉。外底署青花楷书“大清雍正年制”双行六字款，外围青花双线圈。 此瓶造型端庄，图案描绘精细，以珊瑚红釉为地衬托粉彩牡丹，色彩娇艳，为雍正时期珍贵的陈设用瓷。 珊瑚红釉系将配好的釉料吹于细白瓷器上经低温烧成，釉色均匀，呈色红中微闪黄，近似天然珊瑚之色，故名。
