高:24.0cm 口径：3.4cm 足径：7.5cm
瓶呈摇铃形，故俗称摇铃尊，系康熙时景德镇御窑厂新创器形。腹中部装饰四个青花团花纹，近足处以青花料描绘锯齿状纹饰。外底署青花楷体“大清康熙年制”六字三行款。康熙初期以刑部主事充内廷供奉的书画家刘源，曾管理瓷器的设计工作，集历代瓷器造型之大成，独创新意。《清史稿》卷五百五（列传二百九十二）载：“时江西景德镇开御窑，源呈磁样数百种，参古今之式，运以新意，务储巧妙，于彩绘人物、山水、花鸟尤各极其胜。及成，其精美过于明代诸窑。”此种新颖的摇铃尊的造型和图案极有可能是刘源设计的。
