葫芦上圆下扁，中间为束腰，口部、底部均横截断面，器型小巧，具有雍正瓷的典型特征。全器为白釉为主，主体纹饰为自上而下生长的长藤葡萄，一只松鼠于葡萄枝间，眼望叶下的葡萄，垂涎欲滴；制器时先以青花勾勒出葡萄枝蔓、果实及松鼠的轮廓，然后再以红、绿五彩填绘而成；瓶底部圈足露胎，底内有青花双圈，内有楷书“大清雍正年制”6字2行款。该瓶为清宫原藏之物。
