壶为典型的执壶样式，撇口，细颈，垂腹，一侧有流，另一侧为执把，壶上加盖，壶底部为圈足。壶盖有环状纽，盖面绘青花缠枝纹；壶口部为白釉，颈部为蕉叶纹，肩部为串枝番莲纺，肩部与腹部以三道青花线相隔；颈部与流部用青花云纹相连，流呈细长弧状，满饰缠枝花卉纹；壶把为宽带式，呈弓起圆弧状，与流形成呼应，把顶部安有圈纽，把外面为青花灵芝纹；壶腹两面中央有海棠形开光，一侧开光内为折枝双石榴图案，另一侧为折枝枇杷花叶，开光两侧为菊花、桃花纹饰；壶腹下部为须弥纹，底足满饰青花流云纹；壶底部中央有青花篆书“大清乾隆年制”六字3行方款。此壶胎体匀称，造型别致，纹饰典雅，为清宫原藏之器。
