通体施白釉为地,以青花绘饰,釉质致密细腻,釉色匀净莹润,青花纯正浓艳。整体采用雍正乾隆时期盛行的组合纹饰,自上而下分为多层,讲究各种纹样在题材、形式方面的呼应。分别为海水江崖纹、缠枝莲纹、如意卷草纹,纹样皆分层而饰,其间以青花弦纹相隔。腹部主体纹样为缠枝寿莲纹及八宝纹样,所饰八宝吉祥纹依次为“胜利幢、宝螺、宝伞、宝轮、盘长、双鱼、宝瓶、莲花。”这种纹样源于印度,传入中国的时间可追溯到唐代，与密宗东传息息相关。此八种不同的吉祥物,包含八种不同寓意。底青花书“大清乾隆年制”,当为清代青花瓷器精品。
