壶直口，口下渐展，粗颈，垂腹，腹下内敛，圈足微外撇。腹一侧置上细下粗的长弯流，流上绘火云纹。另一侧置曲柄，上端有小系，柄上绘银锭、宝钗等纹饰。附平顶盖，有圆珠纽，盖上绘菊瓣纹。圈足内施白釉，无款识。器身于青白釉下满饰青花纹样，腹两面均绘凤穿缠枝花卉纹，间以火珠云及竹石纹。 此壶通体花纹满密，而主体纹样突出，繁而不乱。青花色泽浓艳亮丽，是传世的元代青花瓷器中少见的佳作。 此器形为元代瓷器的流行样式，除青花器外，还见有龙泉窑青釉制品。造型源自阿拉伯民族使用的铜器。元代瓷器借鉴这种造型时，特别注意到吸取蒙古民族铜壶粗犷豪放的风格特点。
