盤呈圓形侈口，圈足，胎體輕盈，雋秀嫻雅。盤心、盤壁內外皆施墨色釉，深沉高貴。墨地之上以綠彩勾勒圖案:盤心處為一條曲折盤繞的巨龍，身邊寶光四射，霸氣尊貴，盤壁內外均為一對游龍前後追逐，修長流動的身姿充滿韻動，墨地綠彩的色調搭配神秘高貴。足內底心處以青花料書“大清康熙年製”款。此盤器形渾圓大氣，造型經典，施釉光潤細緻，所飾紋樣豐富繁密，著色獨具特色，將最能體現皇權尊貴的龍紋圖案刻畫得栩栩如生，是一件不折不扣的宮廷御用佳器。
