陈大章（1930年9月-2015年3月30日），出生于北京，祖籍绍兴，是中国著名的国画大师，被誉为“中国画坛巨匠”。他自幼酷爱丹青，十五岁时就有作品在北京荣宝斋展出。陈大章的国画创作早期以人物为主，后以画山水、松、竹、梅著称于世。他的青绿山水富有创新，融入工笔技法，勾以金线轮廓，画面气韵生动，色彩艳而不俗，评论界称之为“金碧青绿山水”“大章皴法”。他的水墨山水大势磅礴，气韵生动。
