张大千（1899年5月10日-1983年4月2日），原名正权，后改名爰，字季爰，号大千，别号大千居士、下里巴人，斋名大风堂，四川内江人，祖籍广东省番禺。张大千的画风先后数度改变，30岁以前的画风可谓"清新俊逸"，50岁进于"瑰丽雄奇"，晚年时历经探索，在57岁时自创泼彩画法，这一技法在继承唐代王洽的泼墨画法的基础上，揉入西欧绘画的色光关系，创造出一种半抽象墨彩交辉的意境，推动了现代中国画艺术的发展，影响深远。
