黄胄(1925-1997)，原名梁淦堂，字映斋，曾用名梁叶子、苗迪，出生于河北蠡县。中国近现代中国画、人物画家、社会活动家。黄胄于1944年拜赵望云为师;1950-1954年，任西北师范学院美术系创作课讲师，1982年6月，在兰州举办黄胄画展;1988年12月，任黄胄美术基金会会长;1991年9月，任炎黄艺术馆馆长;199312月，在香港举办黄胄画展;1995年9月，在法国巴黎举办画展。
