蒋廷锡（1669年-1732年9月9日），字酉君、杨孙，号南沙、西谷，晚年室名青桐轩，故又号青桐居士，是江苏常熟人，清朝前期著名的政治人物、画家、文献学家、藏书家。他出生于一个官宦世家，不仅是一位著名的画家，同时也是一个通晓为官之道、体恤民情的封建官吏，以及一个博古通今的学者和颇有才华的诗人。蒋廷锡的艺术成就和学术贡献广泛，他的画作以花鸟画为主，擅长用逸笔写生，风格奇正率工，敷色晕墨，兼有一幅，能自然洽和，风神生动，得恽寿平之韵味。在学术方面，他累迁翰林院侍讲学士，充日讲起居注官，并在雍正年间曾任礼部侍郎、户部尚书、文华殿大学士、太子太傅等职。
