关山月，原名关泽霈，是广东阳江人，中国当代国画艺术大师、书法家、美术教育家。他于1912年10月25日出生，2000年7月3日逝世，享年89岁。关山月是中共党员，其代表作品包括《江山如此多娇》、《春到南粤》、《绿色长城》、《俏也不争春》、《碧浪涌南天》、《长河颂》、《轻舟已过万重山》等。1941年在桂林举办第二次画展，创作了《漓江百里图》，并在抗战期间赴成都、重庆和贵阳举办“抗战画展”。1946年，他任教于广州南中美术学院，并在广东文献馆举行“西南西北纪游画展”，作品《祁连放牧》代表中国参加联合国在巴黎举行的教育展览。关山月的艺术生涯涵盖了多个重要职位，包括华南文艺学院教授、美术部副部长、华南文学艺术界联合会委员等。
