菩萨跣足立于仰莲台座上，身着紧身衣裙，颈带项圈，腰配璎珞，在腰部交结束一牌饰，并饰于流苏下垂，帔帛绕臂下垂。此尊隋代菩萨立像头虽残缺，但依旧可以看出隋代佛像造型的特点。右手上举但已残断，左手下垂也残断，形体丰腴敦实，神态典雅端庄，衣纹简练规整。观音衣饰的表现技法也有较大的发展，在继承北朝直平阶梯式技法基础上，发展出表现衣质薄透贴体的阳线刻法，使人物内在的生机通过肌肉的起伏得以流露和表现出来。
