观音束发，上身穿右衽衣，衣袖宽大，外覆披帛，下穿长裙，跣足直立在莲花座上。左手持一篮，篮内有鱼一尾。神情与衣饰类似一普通妇人。莲座背后阴刻：“嘉靖廿四年十二月造” 。 鱼篮观音最初称马郎妇，后来在民间演变成提鱼篮的形象。明代宋濂《鱼篮观音像赞》说：“陕右金沙滩上，有美艳女子，人挈篮鬻鱼，人争欲室之。”万历皇帝的母亲李太后亲绘鱼篮观音，并勒石流传，鱼篮观音遂成为明清时期常见的一种观音造型，深受信众的喜爱。
