瓶撇口，长颈，颈部两侧各有一金蟠螭耳，丰肩，上腹圆鼓，下腹内收，圈足，外撇，瓶底有5个圆孔。瓶由颈、腹、底座三部分组成，用铜铆钉固定。通体以天蓝釉为地，上绘青花蟠螭纹。腹部四面开光，镂空粉彩窗栏，瓶中套一桶式瓶，套瓶通体以粉彩绘西洋人物风景。瓶底座呈莲瓣状，莲瓣内绘折枝花。外底十字交叉署“乾隆年制”四字篆书款。 此瓶天蓝釉与金彩、青花相映，色彩华贵典雅，瓶体结构巧妙，镂雕精湛，反映了乾隆朝制瓷业的颠峰水平。
