|注释：|徐悲鸿此信系请齐白石为自己保留作品，勿向他人售卖。写信时他正在浔阳江上，次月即返北平，信中语气恳切：“无论如何，大作不可让他人购去，至祷”，旁加小字注：“尤其翁得意之作”，又：“因有绝大意义也”。徐悲鸿较齐白石小三十二岁，慧眼识英雄，聘请白石先生任中央美术学院名誉教授。两人引为知音，是终生不渝的莫逆之交，故此信弥足珍贵。
