藏印：谦受堂主人、十驾轩、金亮审定、必宽敬观 |提要：张迁碑乃汉隶书法严整肃穆一类之极则，为艺家必修之碑，此件碑阳碑阴俱全，殊为难得。盖碑名越重求者亦越众，故遇有名碑，碑估拓商多以重墨粗拓出之，以求单位时间内多拓几张，故张迁传世拓本多为浓墨重拓。而淡墨精拓则多为行家自赏所为，精而量少，向为藏家所重。又此拓黎种二字不连，为道光前之明证，亦不多见，二美皆俱，是为善本。
