款识：万历己亥年吴申伯制，百老图。 |此百老图纹墨呈轮盘型，墨体乌黑，墨面雕工细腻，两面均描绘百老欢聚一堂，其乐融融之景象，人物神采各异，面容栩栩如生，老有所学，自得所乐，或立或坐，或于树下歇息，或聚于一起闲聊，又或泛舟于江上，对弈于松下，垂柳松枝点缀其间，远处白云朵朵，意境悠然，人物各具姿态，生动传神，整体布局紧密，雕刻刀法流畅圆润，当为清代墨之精品。落明代款识应为明代老模清代所做。
