此瓶口沿微外撇，短颈折肩，直腹圈足，线条浑圆刚劲，底落“大清康熙年制”双圈六字款，釉面平整且温润，青花发色深沉，色深处呈较为透亮的宝石蓝色，腹部绘画戏曲人物故事，上首夫妇身着朝袍，下首官员童子站立或躬身施礼，这便是“郭子仪拜寿”的故事，郭子仪为唐代名将，武举出身，一生戎马，累功进太尉、尊为“尚父”，图画凌烟阁，八子八婿皆为高官，一门显贵不绝，清早期瓷器上多绘此图，当时天下初定，文治方兴，清圣祖对人才十分渴求，屡开恩科，世人多求入仕，故瓷器上多画此类题材，以求显贵门庭之意。
