此尊撇口，细长颈，圆鼓腹下收，矮圈足。周身施青釉，肥厚滋润，底足足心釉面开裂，露胎，呈火石红色。器身纹饰分上中下三层，上下两层刻绘花卉，花叶飘动，极富动感，颈部绘云纹，近底处装饰莲瓣纹一周。此品造型端庄大方，纹饰丰满精美，以刀代笔，清新雅致，釉色莹澈明洁，是一件龙泉窑器中的上品。
