这对瓶外形为盘口，细长颈，丰肩，鼓腹圈足。底足内以红料书“大清嘉庆年制”篆书款。瓶通身施白釉，口沿处饰一周粉地卷草纹和一周黄色倒如意纹。画面绘儿童、仕女、“三星”，“三星图”指福禄寿三位神仙，福星主司福运、禄星主司禄位、寿星主司寿命，禄星天官手持如意、寿星广额白须，身披鹅氅，持仗捧桃。此瓶绘画精细，工艺精湛，整体较为写实，人物脸部略施红彩，形象更显生动，立体感极强，是一对粉彩器中的佳作。
