大清乾隆年制款。雕填的名称初见于明代后期何士晋工部厂库须知卷九中关于御用监年例雕填钱粮的条款中，此后广泛被人使用，20世纪成为古玩业中的通用名称。采用填漆和戗金两种髹饰技法相结合的工艺制作的漆器。中国传统漆器品种之一。填漆是在漆器表面刻出阴文花纹，再用彩漆填入并磨平。戗金是在填漆磨平后，在花纹上勾划阴文线路，并在线路内填金。此件文房盒长方形，盒面装饰正面云龙纹。整体保存完好，十分难得。
