|瓶唇口，长颈，圆肩，鼓腹，圈足。整瓶采用拼接法烧造，外壁自口沿而下分绘多层纹饰，口沿处如意云头一周，再以青花绘饰缠枝花卉纹为主题，分饰颈、腹部，间隔如意云头、缠枝花卉与卷草。底饰一周折纸花及卷草纹饰。双戟耳，整身风格华丽，造型俊秀优美，青花发色鲜艳，釉色纯正，笔法流畅，纹样布局合理，疏密有致，画工精细，为清乾隆青花精品陈设。
