题识：南天大慈大悲观世音菩萨摩诃萨。清信弟子夜白，赵昭写之沐手恭艁。|钤印：「夜白」「赵昭」 |赵夜白，河北束鹿人，定居成都。名昭，署名痴意子、沉香山馆主人，别号清邻小筑。作品师承大风堂一脉，绘画入室王永年、龙国屏先生，书法入室谢季筠先生；四川省诗书画院秦天柱先生研修生；作品上溯唐宋、糅合己心；气格超迈，非同俗流；能诗而文，不独以绘事为长。擅绘花鸟、人物，旁及山水，兼工带写，风格高古顽艳、俊逸静雅，尤于荷竹、水仙别有蕙心。
