Finely potted with a tall body rising from a tapering splayed foot to a rounded shoulder, surmounted by a short waisted neck with a flared rim, the body decorated with rows of concentric bands, all painted in mottled iron-brown on a cream colored slip ground beneath a clear glaze, the recessed base unglazed showing the buff stoneware, 13.8 inch high.
