Without a mandate there will be no funding. I don't have a crystal ball so have no idea what will trigger interest sufficient to establish a 'real' program. I do believe that I will not see anyone go back to the moon in my lifetime. I have not ever seen a UFO and no astronauts that I am aware of have seen one. It does make for a good tourist business in Roswell, NM which is good for that local economy." In fine condition.
