Two items: an ALS, one page, 8.5 x 11, Eubie Blake Music letterhead, October 15, 1974, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Ken Browne, in part: "I am very sorry I didn't get your other letter. Maybe I was out of the country. I've been to Germany & Sweden, France. I gave concerts in each country. So now I'm not at home in Brooklyn, and won't be home for three weeks…I asked my wife if we had any pictures with us on this concert tour. Here is one"; and a vintage glossy 8 x 10 half-length photo of Blake seated and smiling at his piano, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "To Mr. & Mrs. Ken Browne, from Eubie Blake, Oct. 16th, 1974." In overall very good condition, with emulsion irregularity to the photo, and some wrinkling to the letter.
