Includes original press folder. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and a letter of provenance from the original recipient, in part: "In 1988 I was a Police Sergeant in Sheffield and as a massive Bruce Springsteen fan I was given the job of putting the operational order together and making sure the band and crowd were safe…The signed photo comes from this concert taken by Sheffield Star but [was]…signed by him at Claridges Hotel Sony after show party."
