此像头饰螺发，头现高肉鬓，宝珠顶严，双目微阖，双手平放置于脐前施「禅定印」似已进入摩地之高妙境界。内着僧只支，外着袒右式袈裟，波浪状的衣纹刻画细腻，装饰的花纹虽然简单但增添不少视觉效果。金刚跏趺坐于仰覆莲台之上，莲瓣排列规整，瓣尖有火焰形装饰，为清康熙时期融合西藏造像风格之佳作。
