此佛位置右一，为双身。立尊三面六臂，头戴骷髅冠，监发高耸耳，忿恕相。袒露上身，肩披帛带、佩饰项链、臂钏、手镯、脚镯。左元手法器，双臂相交，拥抱明妃，左副手自上而下分别持法器，施与愿印，右副手自上而下分别持法器，施与愿印。背有鹰翅，展左立，双足下各踩一人，左足下之人俯卧，右足下之人仰卧。下为椭圆形覆莲底座。
