释木庵 福建晋江人。俗姓吴，名性瑫。拜开元寺印明和尚为师，清顺治十二年（1655）率弟子东渡日本助化，在江户白金创建瑞圣寺，开关东黄檗宗之基。日本天皇特赐紫衣。后退隐万福寺紫云院。明治天皇追赠木庵为“慧明国师”。
