Large,very sturdy and heavy decorative wrought iron planter comes from the early 1900's. The top portion is designed with double loop construction around the oval planter for stability and added interest. This section measures 35 L X 10.5 and 6 inches high with 7 flat iron supports,welded on the bottom where the pots would rest. An eighth support is missing yet supports spaced close enough it would not be missed.Curled,thick mid section with large curved legs, curled feet and second curled 4 arm support for strength. Has been painted black for many years, chipped in areas as seen yet no flaking. Easily repainted if desired.
