Handsome mahogany English C.1875 corner cabinet was hand made and originally built into a home in England as can be seen by the bits of paint and back structure of the wide pieces of mahogany. Was held by 4 small nail holes in the back However,can be used nicely as a free standing cabinet atop a table,chest or buffet or even on the floor. Beautiful aged and hand rubbed finish to the mahogany.Original brass "H" shaped hinges with working brass lock and key and decorative back plate.Two scrolled shelves inside of mahogany make three compartments 8.5 inches deep each. Excellent condition.
