瓶呈宝葫芦形，小口、短颈，上腹较小，下腹较大，束腰、圈足。瓶外施淡透明釉，釉面纯净无暇，丰腴润泽，如一汪清泉，令观者神往。上腹部绘有四季花卉纹饰，束腰处缠枝花卉一圈，下腹部双开窗分别绘有麒麟望月，洞石瑞兽纹饰，生动活泼，形态各异，栩栩如生。以山石、树木、桥梁作为背景，瑞兽用线勾勒流畅洒脱，山石使用铁丝线勾勒外轮廓，山间云朵为典型的括号云画法，青花色分三层，浓淡有致，画面生动赏心悦目。青花发色翠毛蓝，有晕散的重影现象，明朗清新，釉色白洁均净，可赏可玩。
