此罐菱形、平口、直颈、溜肩、鼓腹、至足渐收，颈部绘如意云，肩部花卉纹，腹部通体以琴棋书画人物故事为景，绘画人物宽袍大袖，皆为清逸高士，或立或坐，在抚琴、下棋、观书、赏画，一幅幽闲自得的雅致场景。周围衬托对的松枝舒展轻盈，布局疏朗清新，笔意酣畅洒脱，青花色调沈静淡雅，浅淡柔和，典雅宜人，画工规整，笔触秀丽，疏密有致，线条优美自然，给人以清新悦目、幽雅脱俗之感，底书“大明万历年制”六字楷书款，笔触传神，总体风格趋于朴拙敦厚，青花画面也是质朴大气。
