A Cantonese glazed wine pot in a compressed globular form with a straight neck, a flared gilt rim and a handle on the side decorated with six panels painted with scenes of daily life and natural views, such as, a group of women chatting in the yard, wives talk with the husband in the room, a group of people getting together in the lobby, and birds and butterflies flying across the flower clusters. There are flowers, leaves, branches and butterflies in pink, green, blue color filling the gap on the gilt background. H: 11.81in.
