A 2 piece lot including: - a People`s Republic of China Period, blue and white, porcelain vase and candle stand combination piece, its bulging form appears comprised of five small baluster shapes fused together around a central chimney. Each of the openings around the neck is unpainted, with tightly rendered floral scroll marked by large flowers surrounding. Three panel illustrations of a robed figure holding a potted plant in a garden cover the side areas, the underside with four characters in blue. H: 8 1/8" (20.6cm) - A People`s Republic of China Period famille rose candle stand of conjoined bell-shaped form painted with a small variety of flowers in pink and green against the simple white ground, with gold characters ringed in red in the open spaces. H: 9 3/4" (24.7cm) Condition: in good condition, with a chip to one side of the base and a chip on the inside of the rim of the upper cup.
