本品体量小巧，平沿，短颈，扁鼓腹，下承三尖足。通体施天蓝色釉，其色蔚如青天，釉层肥厚丰腴，有明快的流动感。表面棕眼密布，隐现兔毫般丝缕，正如古人所赞言“峡谷飞瀑兔丝缕”。口沿薄釉处呈深褐色，下底及足部无釉。纵观此炉，造型端庄圆润，色泽清雅恬静，置于书斋案间，焚香品读，尤显古穆静朴。
