Such a unique piece, this bench would go nicely at the foot of your grand bed. Heavily hand carved in dragons who's tails flow up the sides. The fabric is pale red fleur de lis. The wood appears to be fruitwood with a couple different treatments and a subtle brushed gold atop. Underside of the piece shows a label indicates that it was from Newel Art Galleries in New York, known for their very high end antiques.
