A pair of carved jade tripod censers both with free hanging hoop handles at 3 points on the covers and at either side of the mouth, these supported by tongues issuing from mythical beast faces, the clawed tripod feet also issuing from mythical beast faces (at the bases), taotie heads atop the smooth cover on each, stylistic difference between the two: One, smaller/ darker, with less finesse in carving. W: 6 5/16" (16cm) Condition: In excellent condition with no damage or restoration evident.
