A rock crystal cylinder seal with a row of three warriors, armed with bows and spears, striding from left to right, a crude representation, the lower bodies similar to those of insects, only the noses visible beneath the wide brimmed helmets. For this special Neo-Babylonian style see B. Teissier, Ancient Near Eastern Cylinder Seals from the Marcopoli Collection, Berkeley, Los Angeles, London, 1984, pp.178-179. 3.12 grams, 22mm (1").
