A silver penannular ring with large ellipsoid plaque, the arms of the hoop formed as baroque scrolls, the plaque with beaded rim, central motif of a skeleton with scythe above a skull and other items, blackletter text 'memento mori' above. 10.4 grams, 23mm overall, 17.40mm internal diameter (approximate size British N 1/2, USA 7, Europe 14.51, Japan 14) (1").
