钤印：一亭、王震大利款识：沂卿仁兄大人雅属，小仓先生写图，王震设色。 说明 徐祥（约1850-1893年后），字小仓，上海人。其初学画于钱慧安，后又师从任伯年。人物、山水均能，花鸟尤为擅长。人物、花鸟风格近于任伯年，而能自出机杼，喜以繁密出之。其山水风格在胡公寿、杨伯润之间，用笔洒脱，气韵生动，圆畅清新。海派大师王一亭十六岁时拜师学画，即拜在徐小仓门下，后来才因徐祥介绍得到任伯年的指授，可见徐小仓亦是有声于时的画家。
