This republic period styled bowl features three oval shaped illustrations against a solid coccinelliin ground. Two of which feature a farmer rowing a boat against the sun sets and rise while the middle depicts two figures who look towards the recently set sun. Modest yet skillfully illustrated the painter of this piece used time in favor of materials to detail the oval panels of this bowl.
