Rare, Chinese Qing Dynasty, Jade carved censer & gilt silver filigree inlaid covered censer, of a bulbous body raised on three squat conical legs in gilt, open work carved two archaic dragon handles emerged on the collar suspending looped handles holding free rings, the dome lid like reverse bowl with finial flower blooms. All reserved in jade stone showing pale white-cream celadon color iridescent with moist milky appearance natural inclusion along the surfaces. The exterior belly carved with scrolling rococo and interlocking ruyi, enclosed with emerge thick rings forming the cover fitting perfectly along the smooth edges on the dome lid. The dome lids in gilt silver filigree carved with flowers blooms and foliage in semi-precious stone Inlaid. The carving are superb, finely polished plain exterior, simply design yet elegant.
